It is based on another well known desk design but made to double as a place for the client's DJ gear. This is where I step in. The desk's top slides out revealing the contents within. The client is an artist as well so it was fun to work through the design process together. We both would have liked to see it a little less thick but function always comes first.
The sideboard post will come soon, I have been playing with too many ideas for a week now and ultimately am coming back to what I started with! So classic me. Got to explore all options and make sure.
In other news, my shop is mess. I should go clean it.
